1. Introduction

Welcome to Livmo Health. By registering as a coordinator, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Livmo Health reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Livmo Health reserves the right to reject or revoke registration if any information is found to be false.

3. Coordinator Responsibilities

As a Livmo Health coordinator, you agree to:

Promote Livmo Health products and services honestly and ethically.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by Livmo Health.
Not engage in any misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.
Respect the privacy and personal data of customers and fellow coordinators.

4. Incentives & Payments

Incentives, commissions, or rewards are subject to verification and approval by Livmo Health. Payments will be made to the bank account provided at the time of registration. Livmo Health is not liable for delays caused by incorrect banking details. Incentive structures may be revised at the sole discretion of Livmo Health with prior notice.

5. KYC & Document Verification

You consent to Livmo Health verifying your Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account details with relevant authorities for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes. Documents submitted will be stored securely and used solely for verification and statutory obligations.

6. Privacy Policy

Livmo Health collects personal data including name, contact details, identity documents, and banking information solely for the purpose of coordinator registration, incentive disbursement, and statutory compliance. Your data will not be sold to third parties. By registering, you consent to receiving communications via WhatsApp, calls, SMS, and email regarding your coordinator activities and updates from Livmo Health.

7. Code of Conduct

Coordinators must maintain professional conduct at all times. Any behaviour that brings Livmo Health into disrepute — including harassment, misrepresentation, or unethical selling practices — will result in immediate termination of the coordinator agreement and forfeiture of pending incentives.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the coordinator agreement at any time with written notice. Livmo Health reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement in cases of fraud, misconduct, or violation of these terms, without payment of any pending incentives.

9. Limitation of Liability

Livmo Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation as a coordinator. Your total liability to Livmo Health shall not exceed the registration fee paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
